The eThekwini Footwear and Leather Cluster (EFLC) was established in 2018 and funded for 3 years via a memorandum of agreement for the 2018 – 2021 period. This July the program was approved for another 3 years. EFLC comprises of 5 programs aimed at strengthening the competitiveness and export capability of the footwear and leather sector in the region.
