Thurling Investments was established in 1996 as a privately owned and totally independent supplier of the highest quality of Ostrich Leather (Struthio Camelus).

The Company incorporates its own Tannery, Ostriland, which is situated in Citrusdal, which is some 200km from South Africa’s most beautiful city of Cape Town, where our Head Office is based.

Having developed specialised tanning skills for more than 25 years, Thurling Investments produces Ostrich Leather in many different finishes, including: Saddle, Classic, Cowboy, Pearl, Metallic, Stone Wash and Vintage.
